X Factor and Fad Diets

What is X Factor Diets? When most people did nott know the “name” they will call it “X Factor. Then what is X Factor Diet? You maybe ever heard of it but never know the truth..
X Factor Diet is actually on old idea that believes if we cutting off the carbs, it will help us bring blood sugar levels under our control and then reduce the amount of insulin released into cardiovascular system. Then our body will start burning up the energy stored as fat in order to make up for the difference in energy levels. By controlling insulin levels, the user can prevent the condition known as Syndrome X (insulin resistance), which diminishes the effect of insulin on fat and promotes obesity.
X Factor Diets have 2 programs, but both of those them are the same, high-protein and low-carbs diet. X Factor Diets often compared with Atkins diet. Many people in 20th century practiced Atkins diet, but these days, Atkins diet is no longer than just history. There are differences between X Factor Diet and Atkins diet. Atkins Diets promoted butter and fried foods, but X Factor said we should avoid them and focused on fish, eggs, chicken, and all high-protein foods. Two programs from X Factor Diets are Ketogenics plan and Insulin Balance plan.
First program, Insulin Balance plan advised us to eat more vegetables and fruits than Ketogenics plan. If you practice this X Factor Diet seriously, you can lose 4 or 8 pounds in the first 2 weeks if you are a woman, and if you are a man, you can lose 8 pounds or 12 pounds, even 16. But however, X Factor Diets (like Atkins Diet) are not very healthy for you. Report says you need to split the intake of calories between fat 35%, protein 15%, and carbs 50%.
Now, let’s talk about fad diets. Usually the first thing people do when they finally realize they are fat, they will panic and look for the fastest way to lose weight. Very risky and big mistake, I must say. There is no “quick fix” for your weight problem.. In internet, we can find many people promised us quick-rich scheme but the truth says all of them are scammers. Same problem with diets, so many people promised you the quick way to lose weight, but you should be careful.
Usually most of fake weight loss tips are telling you to replace fat with water. So you need to drink a lot of water to replace your fat in your body. Weird, because you’re trying to lose fat, so then you should focus on how to “lose fat”. Then how to lose fat? Do not eat too much fat (but you still need them) and start your exercises. Do not ever forget exercises, it is important to burn fat.
The biggest problem is that quick weight loss schemes can turn into a vicious circle. The more muscles mass one has, the faster your body metabolism and very little of the food intake gets to be stored as fat in your body.
But if your diet makes you lose muscle mass, then your metabolism will slows down and the accumulated fat is burned slower, you don’t want it, I believe. As you can see, a bad diet is never a good idea because you will even lose weight harder than ever. You will always need to eat, whatever you do with your diet. Starving yourself is not part of “real diet”.

What is the Best Diet Plan?

Diet plans are a dime a dozen, and thatâ??s why choosing a good weightloss diet program can get really confusing for the average person. Because obesity has become such a huge problem in America, and is a growing problem in the world, maintaining a healthy diet is more important than ever. In fact, itâ??s a life and death struggle for many people.

Trying to answer the question of what diet plan works best is difficult because everybody has different needs and lifestyles. There really isnâ??t a â??one size fits allâ? diet plan that works great for everybody. We each have our own unique metabolism that responds to whatever foods we eat and to other things like stress, illness and mental health.

Here are some common questions people have about dieting:

What is the healthiest diet?

This is a tricky one. Most diets floating around on the internet and in popular books and magazines will claim that they can work miracles for you if you cut out all the bad junk food. So, to start, youâ??ve got to cut way down on consuming snack chips and fried foods, or even cut them out of your diet completely.

Now things get complicated, because thereâ??s conflicting ideas about what combination of foods should be eaten to lose weight and still remain healthy. Determining what type of diets are good for the body should be based on whether or not the plan included proper nutrition that allows you to get through your day feeling good.

This should rule out starvation diets that may cause you to lose some quick water weight, but will make you feel drained, irritable and listless.

What is a balanced diet for weight loss?

Ideally, a balanced diet shouldnâ??t deprive your body of any essential proteins and nutrients it needs to function at its best during the duration you are on the program.

According to the USDA, a person should eat something from the following food groups for optimal nutrition:

* Bread, cereal, rice and pasta

* Vegetables

* Fruits

* Milk, yogurt and cheese

* Meat, fish, poultry, beans, eggs and nuts

A good weight loss diet will show you how to combine foods from these groups in a healthy way for optimal fat burning results.

I have a bad diet, what should I do?

First of all, youâ??re going to have to make a serious commitment to getting yourself back on track. Part of that is mental. You need to change the way you think about yourself and figure out why you eat the way you do.

Why are you eating that bag of potato chips after youâ??ve just had a big dinner?

Why are you eating a huge slab of chocolate cake at midnight?

Why are you ordering two double cheeseburgers, extra fries and a large soda at your favorite fast food place on a regular basis?

Why are these foods so comforting to you?

Can you change the way you think about these foods?

Answer these questions first. Then you can focus on replacing foods that are causing you to be overweight with healthier choices.

What happens if I donâ??t get enough fat in my diet?

This is a good question. Many fad diets will advise you to cut out all foods containing fat on the notion that you will lose pounds rapidly. The cabbage soup diet, fast weight loss plan, is a good example of this. If you eat cabbage soup for a week, you will probably lose some weight, but at what price?

Your body will go into â??starvation modeâ? and save every single calorie you consume to keep you alive (slowing down your metabolism). Also, you may experience headaches, moodiness and be very tired from not getting enough protein. These kinds of diets are quick fixes and you will gain the weight back rapidly. Not worth it, if you ask me.

So, what diets really work?

The only diets that genuinely work are ones that include proper nutrition, and are proven to be safe and effective in helping you to keep the weight off for good.

Learn How to AVOID Spending Hundreds of Dollars Needlessly, Risking Your Health And GAINING WEIGHT By NOT Going On A Diet

Do you realise that currently American women are spending more than $40 billion dollars per year on dieting and diet related products? Other countries suffering from the current obesity epidemic such as the U.K., Australia, Canada, and Germany are also spending huge sums of money on the same.

When you consider the real risks of going on a diet it is hard to understand why modern women are ready to spend a small fortune seeking the body they crave. Then again, when you look at the scrawny anorexic super models and “media personalities” who stare out of magazines and newspapers at us perhaps it is easier to realise why today’s modern women are prepared to spend nearly the same amount as a bank in trouble demands from the government.

How many of you know that dieting can lead to eating disorders? Those of you that did can have a gold star. Those that didn’t had better pay attention!

If you go on a diet in an attempt to lose weight and you fail then you classify yourself as a failure. When you go on to a diet, the fuel that your body needs to function properly, FOOD becomes your number one enemy. The food that you like, cream cakes, chocolate, McDonalds are forbidden and the foods that you don’t like, rice cakes, low fat cheese are O.K. diet foods. A lot of dieters find that every encounter with food results in tension and stress. In an effort to reach their target weight the dieter is not prepared top stick by their diet. They adopt other tactics and maybe indulge in a bit of bulimia. Or when they look at a full length mirror instead of seeing “skinny Minnie” they see a little fat person and they welcome good old anorexia. Or they might think to themselves “Oh what the heck…” and then go on a binge eating session.

Of course, these are the extreme risks of going on a diet. However, other more common risks that occur include what happens to your body when you try to lose a substantial amount of weight in a short period of time. The heart of this risk isn’t with losing subcutaneous fat, (the pinch an inch fat) but with losing the fat which protects your lean organs such as your liver and kidneys. When this happens it puts a strain on these organs as they try to retain their normal function. Ultimately the dieter can suffer from organ failure. Imagine waiting for a liver transplant and some one asks you how you’re in this position. How stupid would anybody feel if the answer was “I overdid my diet.”

Diets which ban certain food groups such as low carbohydrate diets, nil fat diets, high protein diets etc are all unhealthy because they are depriving your body of the correct combination of essential food groups as are diets that prescribe 800 calories per day or 1000. A healthy diet typically requires 50% of your calories come from healthy carbohydrates, such as whole grains, vegetables and fruit. Similarly 20% comes from protein such as chicken, eggs, cheese and 30% from GOOD fats, mainly poly and monounsaturated fats but some saturated and fish oils.

If you deprive your body of carbohydrates you can actually promote malnutrition. If you go on a high protein diet you can stress your kidneys. A high fat diet can lead to heart disease. Whatever diet you follow, if it brags “lose a kilo a day” remember the initial weight loss will be mainly water. This in turn can lead to dehydration and ultimately muscle waste age. What do you need to help you burn fat? MUSCLE. No muscle equals negative fat burning.

No one who promotes diets informs you of the simplest fact of all, because if they did it would have a negative impact on their earnings. DIETS DO NOT WORK!

When you go on a diet you are cutting down the fuel your body needs for metabolism. (the number of calories your body needs to perform its everyday functions such as breathing, digesting food etc.) When this happens your metabolic rate slows down. (Therefore you don’t need as many calories!) You hit your target weight and you start eating normally again. HOWEVER you r metabolism is still running at its reduced weight. Guess what happens next? You got it! The excess calories you take in are stored as fat and then what happens? Have you got it? That’s right, it is stored as fat and bingo, and you now weigh more than you did when you went on the diet! Ah well, better go on a better diet this time! Guess what, the same thing will keep happening until you change your lifestyle.

Change your lifestyle! What do you mean? What I mean is changing the food that you eat. Cut out the unhealthy sugary, processed, trans fat laden junk that you have been eating in the past and start eating healthily. Don’t sit on your butt all day! Go out and EXERCISE. Start gently and gradually and build up to it. Also do a bit of weight lifting to build muscle. Remember what we said earlier on, muscle helps burn fat!

Don’t look at rapid weight loss, aim for a pound per week. If you don’t like weighing yourself measure your waist, and see how soon you can fit those great pants, skirt or dress you haven’t got in to for a couple of years. If you do weigh yourself do it at the same time on the same scales on the same day every week.

Remember an exercise regime plus healthy diet beats dieting every time (AND you don’t have to go hungry!!)

Finally, a word of caution. If you are seriously overweight before you do anything IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING.

Get The Facts Before You Buy Weight Loss Pills

Each and everyone in the marketing world would certainly claim their product as the best of its kind both for the strength of believing in the product and for the sake of making a reputation, which goes the same with best weight loss pills being offered out there. Basically, all these weight loss pills are generated to serve the very same purpose of, first and foremost, losing weight, then the secondary and tertiary factors like faster, better, less to none side effects, etc. So what make each brand unique? Can we truly trust the campaign it gives? On what base do they claim ‘best’ title?

To put it nicely, weight loss pills are invented for the sake of helping really obese people to get onto their right sizes for conventional weight loss program of healthy eating and regular exercising isn’t enough to stop them from facing dire health risks. In other words, these pills are intended to boost up losing weight progress, so their workability is out of the question. But somewhere along that history line, commercialism and consumerism altered its course to instant extra weight zapping product, not to forget to embed it with ‘best’ label for better marketing formula. For an era where more people tend to think time is money, this is a very favorable outcome. For the people who love shortcuts, nothing could grab their attention better.

Now this may be a harsh thing to say, but nutritionists are losing to marketing sales offering this shortcut everywhere, from the classic newspaper ad to the hi-tech internet marketing. No pain, no gain is literally forgotten and left behind. Who would stick to develop a healthy eating and regular exercising habit which will take months to show results? Who wouldn’t get excited to know they can just eat some pills and those dreaded extra weights will go bye-bye instantly?

On the other hand, examining the ingredients for each weight loss pills brand to prove its effectiveness is a complete waste of time. After all, questions surrounding which ingredient is highly effective for losing weights or what combination will work great together are already answered by the scientist researching on each brand. So how far the best weight loss pills workability is will be a better question. But that’s a question only users can answer.

Needless to say, there will be no point in asking is it really all thanks to the miraculous pills’ hard works or does one’s eagerness push a suggestive end result either. There are too many questions about the power of suggestion so we can leave that behind for the time being as it won’t get us anywhere soon. Time is money, remember?

So admittedly, the product idea and marketing strategy prove to be a bomb. However, the ‘best’ results still can’t be proven that easily. True, there are people who testified that they shed weights just from consuming what they call the best weight loss pills they found out there. But no one can really say for sure which brand is really the best weight loss pill. That would be an endless argument.

All we have are the knowledge of weight loss pills workability and testimonials from the users who have tried different brands and how they succeed in losing weight with each specific brand they used. In the end, it is safe to say that being the best weight loss pill does not necessarily mean it has to be the best for everyone. As there’s no best person for everyone, picking the best weight loss pills is just a matter of choice and compatibility.

How to Easily Use Diet Pills

December 3rd, 2009 DietPills-thatWork No comments

Diet Pills are the fastest growing segment of the health industry. Diet pill ads are popping up everywhere, particularly on the internet. The only problem is that people do not fully understand how they really work. How do diet pills work? Most over the counter diet pills work by increasing your body’s energy expenditure. One of the most common ingredients known as caffeine, raises your metabolism by increasing the breakdown of fatty acids and reducing your appetite. This increase in energy and decrease in appetite is a great combination for burning fat. However, when used for long periods of time, it can become very unhealthy. What is in diet pills? In late 2003, based on evidence that it caused heart attacks, Ephedrine was banned as an ingredient in diet pills. Diet pills now generally contain a mixture of vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B-6, folic acid) and of course caffeine or any number of herbs. With any supplement, herb, or medication, the best advice is to read labels. Are they safe?Diet pill side effects can range from dizziness, nausea, and increased urination. More severe side effects include chest pain, heart attack, liver and kidney damage, stroke, seizures, and even death. After a few months your body develops a tolerance for the pill’s effects. In this fashion, diet pills are meant to be taken for a very short period of time. With the combination of a healthy diet and regular exercise, diet pills can always give you that little extra boost to loose a few extra pounds. Considering the fact that a majority of the U.S. population are overweight or obese, it is no wonder that many thousands of us are looking for fast ways to drop extra pounds. Many people even run to the doctor for liposuction or gastric bypass. These diet pills can be safe when not abused.Safe and effective diet pills

The Risk Behind Diet Pills

November 19th, 2009 DietPills-thatWork No comments

We live in a world were the race for a quick fix has become part of our lives. We no longer have the patience to wait for the things that we want. We live in a culture that wants things now and not tomorrow. Weight loss is no exception to this rule. The weight loss industry is a billion dollar industry, and it feeds our cravings and desperation towards losing weight. The weight loss industry offers many quick fix solutions that do not always deliver what they promise.

Diet pills are perceived as a quick fix for weight loss without virtually any effort. They make all sorts of wonderful claims but the reality of the outcome rarely matches what that they promise. The problem is that there are many diet pills which have risks that are attached to them, and such risks will often outweigh any benefits that you get from taking diet pills.

The thing is that many diet pills are not regulated by any official body. This is because diet pills are considered to be supplements. One of the main risks involved in taking diet pills is the potential heart problems that they may cause. This happens because a lot of ingredients in diet pills work by boosting your metabolism. These ingredients also speed up the rate that your heart works at. If you already have a heart problem then clearly the risks of taking diet pills are magnified.

Many people often become reliant on diet pills, to the point were addiction is the result. When you are taking diet pills that stimulate your heart and metabolism to go faster then taking these pills over a long period can lead to dire consequences.

Some diet pills claim to suppress your appetite. If this is the case, then on the face of it you may think that this will be a good thing. However if you have a high calorie intake and you start taking a diet pill that suppresses your appetite, what will happen that you will cut back on the amount of food you eat. Unfortunately your metabolism will not think of this as a positive situation. It will think that you are starving and it will take steps to protect you. It will do this by decreasing its ability to burn calories. No burning calories equals no more weight loss.

Exercise is the best and safest method to speed up your metabolism, and not diet pills. When you exercise your body requires calories to cope with the activity. This means that you don’t have to necessarily cut large amounts of calories from your diet. All you have to do is to replace the calories that come from bad food, with calories that come from good food. Another important factor to consider is, that if you eat two or three times a day then you will need to change this to eating five or six times a day. Just split the calories you eat over five or six meals instead of consuming them in two or three meals. These smaller meals allow your metabolism to work more efficiently and help you to digest your food more quickly and more easily.

If you do go for the option of taking diet pills, then make sure your approach is cautious. Consult your doctor about the pill that you want to take and get a professional medical opinion on the advantages and disadvantages. However don’t just stop there, do your own research. Look on the internet and research the ingredients of the pills. Discover if there are risks to your health and what side effects to expect. I know some tablets often say that some side effects could occur in rare circumstances. However do you really want to be one of those people who fall into ‘rare circumstances’ group? At the end of the day it will be your decision, but keep in mind that any results that you may achieve will not be long lasting. Also when you do stop taking the diet pills, the probability of any weight that you may have lost coming back, will be pretty high.

The safest and most workable method towards losing weight is a healthy diet and a good exercise programme. The side effects from both of these will all be positive. On top of this you will have the knowledge that you had the determination, commitment, and will power to do it the right way, and not by clinging to some small hope that will never bear fruit just by taking diet pills, along with the risks that go with them.

Weight Loss Pills or Diet Pills -Do They Really Work?

November 13th, 2009 DietPills-thatWork No comments

Do you really want to lose weight and get rid of extra body fat forever? If so, which is the most convenient and effective method to achieve permanently weight loss? Do I hear you say by taking weight loss pills or diet pills , do they really work?Well, by taking weight loss pills or diet pills may be convenient for you to lose that unwanted body fat, it certainly is not effective if you want to lose weight permanently. I am sure many of you have already tried taking weight loss pills and once you stopped taking them, your weight starts to creep up on you again didn’t they? That is frustrating and an awful waste of money isn’t it?There are many types of weight loss pills and diet pills in the market. Some of these pills will curb your appetite, some supposedly speed up your metabolism and some are supposed to prevent your body from absorbing too much oil from your diet or restrict absorption of carbohydrate. But they all have one thing in common. Once you are off the pills, you will put on weight again. Therefore taking weight loss pills or diet pills are only temporary solutions. They do not condition your body to burn unwanted fat forever. On the contrary, your body may even adapt and resist the effects of the pills making you waste even more money and causing you more frustration. So what is the best solution for permanent weight loss? Well, just do these 3 things:-• Build Muscle – The more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn. So when extra calories are being burnt everyday, over a period of time, you would have burnt off massive amount of calories. Furthermore, you will look good with a well toned body and your posture will also improve making you look even slimmer. That means you are a calorie burning machine when you have more muscle.• Change Eating Habit – Eat your carbohydrate early in the day and restrict carbohydrate consumption later part of the day. This will help your body to regulate insulin level and reduce the chances of carbohydrate turning into body fat. Also avoid starchy carbohydrate and refined carbohydrate like white rice, refined flour foodstuff like cakes and pastries, white bread, pasta etc. Replace these with high fiber and slow to digest carbs like brown bread and brown rice. Carbohydrate turns into body fat quickly if digested too fast.• Exercise Your Heart and Lungs – Go for regular exercise and perform exercises that will make you puff, pant and sweat such as jogging, skipping or take part in ball games. These activities not only improve your heart and lung health, they also burn massive calories. When these 3 activities become part of your routine, you will be burning extra calories every day. That means you will not put on weight easily and will lose body fat forever. Best of all, it is free. So why spend money on temporary solutions like weight loss pills and diet pills?

Why Diets Don’t Work

November 10th, 2009 DietPills-thatWork No comments

Americans spend millions of dollars per year on diet programs, weight loss pills and gym memberships, and yet the obesity rate in America dramatically increases from year to year. There are many different reasons why the obesity problem in America continues to get worse and worse, however to put it rather harshly the two main reasonas are laziness and convenience.

It is much harder to follow a diet and see results if you don’t exercise, but people have become so busy with work and driving kids to soccer practice that they leave no time to workout or participate in any kind of daily exercise. People have also become so dependent on their cars that they will drive to work even if they are close enough to walk or ride a bike. This lack of effort to establish some kind of daily exercise routine is one of the leading causes of failed diets and weight loss attempts. Diet and exercise should go hand in hand together. Without one, you are sure to fail.

Americans have become dependent on the diet pill to fix all of their weight loss problems. They feel like as long as they are popping these pills twice a day, it justifies them eating a double whopper for lunch. Weight loss is never easy and thinking it can occur with a quick fix like a diet pill is a sure sign that your diet will fail. There are no “miracle” diet pills. If there were don’t you think that we all would know about it by now? If diet pills really worked Americans would not be the heaviest they’ve ever been.

Diets that severely restrict your caloric intake are also likely to fail. This is because your body needs at the very minimum 1,000 calories per day to survive; even this number is pushing it. When you severely decrease your caloric intake your body begins to shut down in order to preserve energy. This actually makes it harder to burn calories and lose weight. You will also have little energy to perform normal daily tasks. Most people who attempt this type of diet can only maintain it for a few days and then end up binging in order to make up for the lost calories.

Diets that have regimented meal plans are also difficult to follow. These plans mean that the dieter must either buy expensive diet shakes or meals and stock up their fridge with very specific foods. It also cuts out the idea that they will ever be able to eat out. Instead, the dieter will need to eat at home what is planned out for them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Our busy, on-the-go lifestyle makes it very hard to follow this kind of diet plan. It is also difficult to follow because you usually end up craving something that is not a part of this regimented plan.

Convenience and fast food restaurants are the killers of any diet. This weakness normally begins with the kids begging you to stop on the way home from school for a happy meal. You give in and while you’re waiting to order, you look over the menu and decide to order an extra value meal for yourself as well. It’s convenient, on the way home, and it means you don’t have to spend any time in the kitchen. It seems like the perfect solution to a busy day, except for the extra 1,500 calories it packs on. That’s 500 calories more than the minimum amout of calories that you should be consuming for the entire day.

The good news is that you do not need to diet in order to lose weight. Simply forego fast food restaurants, cook at home instead. The second step is to eat what you want, but to use portion control. Instead of cooking a big pot of pasta, cook a small one instead. If you don’t have a big plateful of food in front of you, it will prevent you from eating too much. Try to incorporate a balanced diet into your daily routine. Having a bowl of ice cream once a week will not kill your diet. It is a good idea though to keep the scoop of ice cream minimal, add a bunch of strawberries, blueberries, or other favorite fruit on top, and hold off on the hot fudge.

Celopin Diet Pill: Does Celopin or Any Diet Pill, Help you Lose Weight Fast?

October 25th, 2009 DietPills-thatWork No comments

Over the past few decades, the big pharmaceutical companies have marketed over 1000 diet pills – Celopin Diet Pill is only one of their latest offerings. And despite their claims of rapid, easy weight loss, the fact is that a large majority of diet pills DO NOT WORK AT ALL.

The first diet pills go all the way back to the 1950s, when amphetamines were offered as a way to suppress your appetite/boost your metabolism. Unfortunately, amphetamines (also known as “speed”) are highly addictive, and caused so many serious side effects that the drug companies were forced to take them off the market.

There then followed a long line of diet-pill drugs, which came and went as the continual discovery of side effects would force a new pill off the market within a few years. The most infamous case of this, were the “fen-phen” diet pills. The FDA approved this combination of fenfluramine and phentermine, assuring all that it was completely safe. Mere MONTHS later, the FDA had to issue a humiliating reversal of its decision – the “fen-phen” combination produced some of the worst side effects ever seen in any diet pill offered!

But “Big Pharma” wasn’t about to lose this “cash cow” that easily. In order to regain the trust of the general public, they began moving towards the use of “natural ingredients” in their new diet pill offerings. Of course, just because a chemical is produced by a plant, doesn’t mean it’s any safer than one produced in the laboratory.

The most notorious “natural” diet pill ingredient, was ephedra. Similar to caffeine (but more potent), it was eventually found to be causing caffeine-like side effects – but much more serious. Heart palpitations, heart arrhythmias, other heart problems, allergic reactions, nervous system problems – quite a list indeed! It too, was eventually banned in most of the technologically-advanced, Western civilized nations.

Are you seeing a pattern yet?

All of this does not mean that diet pills are entirely useless. A very few, select diet pills, have some value in assisting with weight loss. They can be useful – but only if you know how to use them correctly, and are fully aware of their problems:

1) ALL diet pills are potent drugs. They all have side effects – some of which are potentially very dangerous.

2) The more frequent side effects of diet pills include: heart complications, high blood pressure, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia, dry mouth, and diarrhea or constipation.

3) Like many other drugs, diet pills can be addictive. People have been known to become quite dependent on these pills, even long after they have stopped their dieting.

4) Many “successful” diet pill claims, are by people who also used a diet plan and exercised regularly during this period. Thus, there’s no way to know for certain, whether they would have lost the same amount of weight WITHOUT using the diet pill.

5) Recently, Big Pharma has tried a different approach: Offering watered-down versions of their prescription diet pills, as “over-the-counter” diet pills. Of course, being watered-down, they are even more useless than their original, stronger, prescription-required versions.

Even worse, after taking all these risks and possibly suffering through a list of side effects, ALL diet pills only work for a short time. Typically, your body will adapt to their weight-loss effects, and the pills will lose potency after a couple of months.

But worst of all, is the “bounce”. Many diet pill users report that after they went off the pills, they regained all the weight they lost while on the pills – plus more! (I have personal experience with this: After trying several different diet pills, each time I finished my diet-pill regimen, I would eventually end up at a HIGHER weight, than the weight I started at before using the diet pill!)

So as we can see, despite the promise of “easy weight loss”, using Celopin Diet Pill (and other diet pills) can lead you through a potential minefield of problems and dangers. But as I said earlier, there are ways to deal with these problems, and alternatives for losing weight quickly and easily – if you know where to find Diet Plans that really work! And I will show you exactly that (plus give you full details on how to make your weight loss Permanent, and avoid the “bounce” entirely), in my next article in this series on: http://celopindietpill.blogspot.com
